What type of steel do you use for your metal garages?
We use high-quality galvanized steel coated in zinc to prevent rust. You can choose between 14-gauge standard framing or 12-gauge heavy-duty framing with 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" tubing and a 20-year limited warranty against rust-through.
What roof styles are available?
We offer three roof styles: Regular Roof (most economical), A-Frame Horizontal/Boxed-Eave (traditional house-like appearance), and A-Frame Vertical (strongest option, recommended for garages 31 feet or longer).
What sizes of metal garages do you offer?
Our garages are fully customizable. Widths range from 12 feet (single car) to 30+ feet (triple car or commercial). Lengths start at 20 feet and extend in 5-foot increments. Heights range from 6 to 20 feet.
Is delivery and installation included?
Yes, delivery and professional installation are included in the pricing. A standard garage typically takes 3-4 hours to install, while larger structures may take up to two days.
What areas in Northern California do you serve?
We serve all of Northern California from Bakersfield to the Oregon border, including Sacramento, Fresno, Stockton, San Jose, Oakland, Redding, Chico, and dozens more cities.
Do I need a concrete slab for installation?
While garages can be installed on compacted dirt or asphalt, a concrete slab is strongly recommended for the best weather seal. A minimum 4-inch thick slab with a perimeter footing is required for concrete installations.
What is the payment process?
An initial 12% to 15% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and begin production. The remaining balance is paid upon installation.
Can I customize the colors and doors?
Yes! Choose from 13 standard colors for roof, trim, and walls. Roll-up garage doors range from 6'x6' to 14'x14'. Walk-in doors, windows, insulation, and lean-tos are also available.
